You can opt to have your package delivered to a Post Office® branch near you. This is ideal for anyone who knows they are unlikely to be home when their package is delivered; collect your parcel at a time to suit you from a convenient Post Office branch. Your package will be delivered and stored in the same discreet and plain packaging.

Next Working Day Guaranteed
When you place your order before 11.30am Monday to Thursday and select any DPD Delivery service, we guarantee that your order will arrive on the next working day. We cannot offer next day delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive on the next day, contact us and we’ll issue you with a full postage refund. However, please bear in mind that if you order something before 11.30am on a Friday and select next day delivery, it will arrive on Monday. If the order is placed after 11.30am, your parcel will arrive on Tuesday.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on time, we cannot guarantee this or accept liability for deliveries made outside the timescale. Timescales may be affected during busy periods such as Christmas. Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands and remote areas may have an additional 48 hours on top of the selected delivery option in bad weather conditions.
