KinkRooms is an online retailer specialising in adult toys, intimate products, BDSM and bondage products, fetish products, lingerie and related adult accessories.

Prices include VAT where VAT is applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are additional unless the order qualifies for a free-delivery promotion. Applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.

11. Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timescale provided.

Unless a particular delivery date has been expressly agreed as essential, delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.

12. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

We will try to amend the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once an order has entered the dispatch process.

13. Discreet Packaging

We understand that discretion and privacy are particularly important to KinkRooms customers.

Orders are packaged with discretion in mind and, where stated on our website, are sent in discreet outer packaging that does not unnecessarily identify the nature of the products inside.

14. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for goods will pass to you in accordance with applicable consumer law.

You will generally become responsible for the goods when they are delivered into your physical possession or the possession of a person identified by you to receive them.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.

15. Cancelling an Online Order

16. Intimate and Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Due to the intimate nature of many products sold by KinkRooms, health and hygiene considerations are particularly important.

The statutory cancellation right does not apply in certain circumstances to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Where this legal exception applies, a hygiene-sensitive product cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind after the applicable hygiene seal or sealed packaging has been opened.

Please inspect the product before breaking any hygiene seal or opening hygiene-sensitive sealed packaging.

This restriction does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

17. Our 30-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, KinkRooms offers a 30-day returns policy for eligible products.

Eligible change-of-mind products must normally be:

• Unused;
• Undamaged;
• In their original condition;
• In their original packaging;
• Complete with accessories and instructions; and
• Unopened and with applicable hygiene seals intact where hygiene restrictions apply.

Our voluntary returns policy does not replace or restrict your statutory rights.

18. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Goods supplied by KinkRooms must comply with applicable UK consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have statutory rights to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or other remedy.

Opening an item in order to discover that it is faulty does not remove your statutory rights.

Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Any additional time taken for funds to appear in your account after we issue the refund may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
