The KR-0991 Adjustable Metal Nipple Clamp is a compact metal sensory-play accessory featuring a screw-adjustment mechanism that allows the clamp opening and pressure to be altered gradually.
Measuring approximately 25mm (1 inch) across the clamp section, the design features a round-headed adjustment screw at the top. Turning the screw changes the height of the clamp mechanism, allowing the fit to be adjusted rather than relying on a fixed-pressure design.
When fully extended, the clamp measures approximately 30mm (1¼ inches) in height. Because the screw lets you set the pressure precisely, it suits newcomers who want to start very lightly as well as experienced players who prefer firmer sensation, and it works well alongside a blindfold or a Wartenberg wheel for varied sensory play.

Why Choose an Adjustable Screw Nipple Clamp?
An adjustable screw clamp provides greater control over the fit than a fixed-pressure design because the mechanism can be altered gradually.
KR-0991 uses a simple round-headed screw to adjust the clamp opening, making it particularly suitable for customers looking specifically for a metal adjustable nipple clamp, screw-pressure nipple clamp, BDSM nipple clamp or compact bondage clamp.
Its relatively small size also makes it easy to store alongside other sensory and impact-play accessories.
How to Use
Before fitting, turn the adjustment screw to open the clamp sufficiently. Position carefully and tighten the screw gradually rather than applying maximum pressure immediately.
Only use a level of pressure that remains comfortable and regularly check the area during use. Remove immediately if there is excessive pain, numbness, marked colour change or other signs of impaired circulation.
Avoid prolonged continuous use and never force the adjustment mechanism beyond its intended range.
Cleaning & Care
Wipe the clamp thoroughly after use with a suitable soft cloth and allow it to dry completely before storage.
Keep the screw mechanism and metal surfaces clean and dry. Periodically inspect the clamp and adjustment screw for damage, corrosion or excessive wear before use.
Store in a clean, dry location away from excessive moisture.
For consenting adults aged 18 and over.
