The KR-0467 Stainless Steel Urethral Sound features a long, solid metal shaft with a gradually tapered profile, rounded tip and integrated ring handle.
Measuring approximately 180mm overall, with a 158mm shaft length and a maximum diameter of approximately 10mm, this model has a distinctly longer profile than many of the compact urethral plugs within the KinkRooms range.
The polished stainless-steel construction provides a smooth metal surface that can be thoroughly cleaned between uses, while the tapered shaft and ring-style handle give KR-0467 its own recognisable design.
The gradual taper lets you control how far and how wide you go, which suits users building up from smaller sounds towards 10mm; sterilise before every use, use plenty of sterile water-based lubricant and never force it.

Why Choose the KR-0467 Tapered Urethral Sound?
KR-0467 provides a different profile from the bulb, ribbed and ball-ended urethral products elsewhere in the KinkRooms range.
Its 180mm overall length, tapered shaft, 10mm maximum diameter and integrated ring handle give customers clearly defined specifications when comparing different sizes and designs.
Choose this long tapered sound if you want one tool for gradual stretching; the ring handle gives a secure grip throughout.
Use & Safety
Urethral products require particular care because incorrect use can cause injury or infection.
Clean and sterilise the product appropriately before and after use, wash hands thoroughly and use a suitable sterile lubricant. Never force the product or continue if there is pain or significant resistance.
KR-0467 reaches approximately 10mm at its maximum diameter, so customers should check the stated measurements carefully and ensure the size is appropriate for their experience and intended use.
Stop immediately if there is significant pain, bleeding or other unexpected symptoms. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or there are signs of infection.
Cleaning & Care
Clean the stainless-steel product thoroughly before and after every use and follow an appropriate sterilisation method suitable for stainless-steel urethral accessories.
Dry completely before storage and keep in a clean, dry location where the product will not become contaminated.
Inspect the shaft, rounded tip and ring area before every use. Do not use if there are scratches, rough edges, corrosion or other damage that could compromise the smooth surface.
For consenting adults aged 18 and over.
